Limited Warranty Information
All of our Rheem package units were developed with dependability and durability in mind. The 13 & 14 SEER models feature a ten-year
limited compressor warranty on single-phase models installed in residential applications. Any 13 or 14 SEER model installed in a
commercial application has a five-year limited compressor warranty. Electric heating elements also have a five-year limited warranty. All
other parts have a limited warranty of one year for one phase and three phase models installed in commercial applications.
Single-phase models installed in residential applications have a ten-year conditional parts warranty (Registration Required).
